Refund policy

All sales final, no returns possible. Exchanges may be given in exceptional circumstances, for example due to product fault.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. We also provide an exchange if it needs to be changed with another size depending on the stock availability. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer@tatanaofficial.com and send your item to our adress, in Tbilisi, Georgia. All the products should be returned in the same box and all the accessories, cases, tags, hygiene seals, should be all included in the package. If products were returned missing accessories you may not receive your refund.
